Member Relations Director - Workplace Benefits Summary
Description Our Member Relations and Sales team is looking to grow and we hope you are too! We are looking for someone who can personify our brand in the marketplace; deliver exceptional value to executives across the workplace benefits industry; and drive growth for our organization. The right person for this role is able to develop new business relationships throughout the workplace benefits segment of our membership, coordinate the delivery of various member-benefits, and sell our services and solutions to an assigned book of accounts. The ideal candidate is someone who can take those skills and execute on account and sales plans, handle a variety of business development tasks, effectively communicate to a wide-range of audiences -- especially senior executives – and is knowledgeable about the workplace benefits/group insurance industry. As a key member of our team, the Member Relations Director is involved in driving engagement with members with the goals of establishing relationships, promoting services, ensure that value is delivered, and membership is growing. This position requires someone who knows the business and the key players in this space. The role requires you to stay up-to-date on key trends/issues affecting the workplace benefits industry and to understand what research and services are appropriate for our members in this segment.
