We are seeking a determined and energetic Program Coordinator to join LIMRA’s International team. The team provides professional development programs to improve a company’s most valuable asset – its people. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Our new team member will be responsible for providing administrative support for all international training courses and our rewards and recognition program.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure training content is delivered on-time to member companies and trainers

• Process Rewards and Recognition orders

• Ensure post course items are collected and processed for each training

• Ensure the recording of student progress towards designations in LIMRA’s Learning Management System (LMS)

• Foster relationships with the client, trainer and sales team to support them from the head office

• Coordinate the translation and review of training programs into various languages in targeted countries through third parties/vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years experience in an administrative support role

• Highly accurate and detailed-oriented

• Strong PC skills. Experience working with databases preferred. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office required (particularly advanced excel, use of pivot tables, ability to mail merge, and formatting tools) and the ability to learn new computer programs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills, able to adapt communication style across various cultures

• Strong project management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle several projects simultaneously

• Ability to take initiative, working independently or as part of a team in a fast paced environment

• Bilingual a plus (Chinese or Japanese)
