The Education and Training (E & T) Division is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of high-quality virtual, in-person, and self-study education for more than 40,000 individuals worldwide.
 

Position Summary

We are looking for a Learning Services Coordinator based in the Atlanta office. This position will report directly to the AVP, E & T Learning Services; he/she will also provide administrative support to the SVP, Education & Training and provide operational support to multiple teams throughout the division.

The Learning Services Coordinator is a critical team member that interacts with all levels of internal and external customers. The coordinator is involved in two primary roles (1) Instructor Led Training (ILT) support and program maintenance; and (2) E & T Division managerial and executive support, including the support of the E & T Council.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain calendars, process expense reports, and assist with travel arrangements for multiple managers.
  • Primary admin support for ILT sessions; this includes working directly with immersion team to update, deliver, and facilitate presentations, enrollments, and other documents needed based on content provided for virtual and in-person sessions. Setting up rooms and assisting with local in-person sessions. 
  • Managing the ILT mailbox to provide support with enrollment and any customer concerns.

  • Serve as “producer” for virtual ILT sessions, providing technical and behind-the-scenes support to virtual classroom instructors, facilitators, and participants.

  • Update and maintain data for ILT participants,  E & T Council members and course reviewers in Salesforce. 

  • SharePoint site administrator for E &T division to include maintenance and updates; provide reports as needed.

  • Assist team with training and support for department's SharePoint site, Microsoft Office, and other proprietary and nonproprietary systems necessary for effective division operations.

  • Facilitate secure distribution of exam question drafts to external reviewers as they are developed and provide technical support as needed to ensure secure and efficient review sessions.

  • Responsible for proactively planning and coordinating logistical aspects of E & T staff meetings and other division functions.
     

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and interpersonal communication (written and spoken) with ability to work in a multi-project environment.

  • Must possess or develop an understanding of virtual classroom terminology and related technologies to effectively set up and produce live, virtual events; experience with Adobe Connect a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    Adobe Connect a plus.

  • Salesforce and SharePoint experience and ability to train other team members.

  • Relevant education or two+ years of related experience in a major support role.

  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism necessary to function independently and to work with all levels of employees.
