How you’ll make an impact:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the product innovation, experience and adoption processes for the Talent Solutions’ entire product portfolio – that’s the customer feedback loop through product adoption. Working closely with all areas of LLG that interact with our members, you’ll help direct existing and new product development initiatives. The best part of the role: you will develop relationships and connect with our members who use our services to ensure we are delivering and exceeding all expectations.

  • 5 -10 years professional experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in product development
  • 2+ years’ experience managing others, allowing for succession to a leadership role in the department
  • Internal and external political skill/diplomacy
  • Experience executing processes involved in driving product strategies
  • Experience supporting cross-line multi-dimensional product portfolios
  • Experience with eLearning technology and its use in developing product elements for sales, marketing and product training


Skills/Knowledge

  • Knowledge of insurance and the broad financial services industry (see above)
  • Ability to cull specific behavioral insights from industry research and apply them to product development objectives (or more generic – culling information from one source to apply to something different?)
  • Agile training experience
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Managerial
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and impact the success of cross-team initiatives
  • Required excellent relationship skills and ability to collaborate with large cross functional teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and exercise initiative and judgment
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking
  • Sound expertise in Microsoft Office suite of programs at advanced levels, specifically PowerPoint
  • Skilled in using video authoring tools such as Go Animate
  • Skilled in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • The ability to identify company needs and basic knowledge of products available to fill those needs
  • Ability to adopt a whole-business, holistic view when solving problems and developing plans
  • Ability to digest and synthesize salient key messages from a great deal of information and at times competing points of view
