The “Markets” team conducts research to help companies understand consumer attitudes, financial behaviors, customer experiences, and market trends. The information enables member companies to identify business opportunities and develop marketing tactics. LIMRA and LOMA’s Insurance Research – Markets team has an opening for an Associate Research Director. The position is responsible for managing research studies across a broad array of consumer markets, including: general consumers, underserved market segments and policyholder satisfaction. The program also conducts studies which examine company practices and the experiences of financial service professionals. The Associate Research Director is an accomplished professional with the ability to design studies, develop surveys, perform analysis, extract insight from results, write reports and deliver presentations.
