Intern Part time Research Business Intelligence Analyst- (30 hours) Summary

Currently we are looking for a Intern- Part Time Research Business Intelligence Analyst temporary for our Windsor, CT office. The Intern Part time Research Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Research Project Directors on data collection, data validation, editing, analysis, data mining and reporting and must understand the data collection, validation, and analysis and reporting requirements and be able to select the appropriate analytical tools. The role is also responsible for maintaining a variety of research databases and analysis systems. A successful analyst must be able to: Communicate clearly and effectively with peers and customers Maintain large research databases Audit data submissions to ensure data quality, with a strong attention to detail Document processes used to validate, analyze data and maintain databases Work well under deadlines Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel Strong analytic and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to learn new tasks quickly and easily adapt to changes in existing procedure Able to keep track of multiple data rules yet determine when exceptions are acceptable Able to recognize minute differences in data.
