What You’ll Do:

Lead enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple business units, guiding initiatives from planning through execution while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities. A core responsibility includes establishing and managing portfolio prioritization processes, along with continuously monitoring project health, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to drive consistent delivery outcomes.

Shape and evolve project management governance across the organization by defining standards, frameworks, and best practices that bring consistency to how projects are planned, executed, and delivered. This also includes developing meaningful reporting, KPIs, and dashboards that provide clear visibility and support executive decision-making.
Partner closely with senior leaders to facilitate decisions across competing priorities, lead governance forums and executive reviews, and maintain alignment across business, technology, and operations teams.

Lead and develop a team of project and program managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role also plays a key part in strengthening organizational capabilities and supporting broader change management efforts.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, while tracking ROI and business value realization. Proactively identify risks and constraints, ensuring the organization is well positioned to deliver on its most important commitments.

What You Bring:

Deep experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and portfolios, along with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives that create meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with disciplined execution and is comfortable operating in environments that require both structure and adaptability.

Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including agile and hybrid approaches, along with a thoughtful and pragmatic application of these practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, and a natural ability to build trust and influence.

A strong foundation in business acumen, financial discipline, and a passion for improving processes and outcomes. Experience leading PMOs or enterprise portfolios is essential, while experience with transformation initiatives or within financial services environments is a plus.
