Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. This role involves driving research projects, developing new products, and managing the delivery of solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development:
    • Lead research projects to identify new membership needs and market trends.
    • Develop business cases for new products and enhancements.
    • Manage the innovation process from idea generation to market delivery.
    • Ensure alignment with organizational strategies and ROI objectives.
  • Product Management:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand product utilization and revenue trends.
    • Maintain deep expertise in the product portfolio to drive adoption and revenue.
    • Conduct regular pricing assessments and manage financial performance.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee implementation efforts for new products.
    • Establish milestones, manage timelines, and ensure stakeholder communication.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management or product development experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial services or insurance.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and research to support decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
